I built a 3 by 16 foot table on which to construct Pinguino. It didn't have to be heavy duty as the boat will only weigh 37 pounds when finished. I built the table in two pieces out of two sheets of 4 by 8 inexpensive luan plywood, reinforced with cheap 1 by 2 inch wood strips. I cut one foot off of the side of each piece to get the two 3 by 8 foot table sections. The video gives some idea of how this went together.
